Ddesign Architect

Our office, Ddesign Architect, is over at Mig-108 in Janta Nagar, specifically in the Barra-3 section of Kanpur. We are right opposite the Kda Market, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside our windows. It is a handy spot because the market is right there for anything we need during the day. We have been here for a bit now, working on various architectural tasks for people in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Our workspace is pretty simple. It is filled with the usual stuff like computers, rolls of paper, and half-finished sketches. We aren't interested in looking like a big city firm; we just want to provide decent plans and advice to our clients. A lot of our day involves sitting down with people and looking at what they want to do with their space. We try to be realistic about what can be done given the local constraints. Kanpur has its own way of doing things, and we have picked up a lot of experience navigating that. Whether it is a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we treat it the same way. We take our time to get the details right because that saves trouble later on. You might find us grabbing tea near the market when we take a break. We like being part of the Barra community and seeing the city grow. It is a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the process.
