Comet Institute

Comet Institute is located at 7/2 in Kidwai Nagar, right in the Nlc Babu Purwa Colony area of Kanpur. It is a very residential part of town, so we get a lot of kids from the nearby houses walking over for their classes in the afternoon. The building is a simple structure that has been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. Inside, we have set up several rooms for the different batches that come in throughout the day. It is not a high-tech facility, just a solid place with desks, chairs, and teachers who know their subjects well. We spend our days planning the next week’s lessons and making sure we have enough study materials printed out for everyone who needs them. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but serious when it comes to the actual studying. You will often see students hanging out near the entrance before their shift starts, talking about their school day. We do not really do much in terms of fancy decorations; the walls have some maps and maybe a few charts, but that is about it. It feels like a neighborhood hub. Kanpur can be a busy place, and Kidwai Nagar is no exception, but once you step inside our gate, it is all about the books. We have been at this address for a while, and the locals know us as the place near the colony where students go to put in the extra hours.
