Our place, Thalassery Abc Tiles Llp, is right there on Good Shed Road. If you know where the Mission Hospital is, you’ve basically found us already. We are in the old building, numbers 64 to 72, though some people still use the old 59-67 numbers. It’s a bit confusing if you’re looking at the old maps, I guess. The building has been around for a long time. We spend most of our day surrounded by stacks of tiles and talk to people coming in from all over Thalassery. It’s busy, especially when the sun is out and everyone is working on their houses. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here. We handle the loading and unloading and help people pick what they need for their floors or walls. The road gets quite crowded sometimes with the hospital traffic nearby. You just get used to the noise. It’s a practical kind of business. We’ve been at this for a while now. Nothing fancy, just stacks of stock and some dusty desks. People come by, they ask questions, we try to give them a straight answer. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use big words or try to act like a big city firm. We're just Thalassery people doing what we know. My brother handles the billing while I mostly stay in the warehouse area. It works for us. We try to keep it simple.
