Saacon Roofings

Saacon Roofings is located in Chakkarakal, over in the Anjarakandy area. It is a pretty quiet part of town compared to the bigger cities, which we prefer. We spend a lot of our time dealing with roofing materials, so there is always a lot of heavy lifting involved. Our yard is usually full of stacks of sheets and various bits and pieces. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. The sun gets pretty hot out here during the afternoons, so we take our breaks in the shade of the warehouse. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees. It’s a small crew of us who know each other well. We have been working out of this spot for years and the locals know us by name. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just handle roofing stuff. If the weather is good, we are busy. If it rains, we spend time fixing up the shop or catching up on the books. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. Most people just come to the back where the work happens. It’s more honest that way. We’ve lived in this community forever and we plan on staying. It is just how we were raised to work.
