We are located right near the Eroncholi Bridge in Chirakkara. If you live around here, you know the spot. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic crossing the bridge, but it’s a good place for a metal business. We handle a lot of different types of scrap and metal supplies, so the yard is usually full of piles of iron and aluminum. It’s not a clean environment by any means. There’s dust, the sound of metal clanging, and usually a truck or two parked out front waiting to load up. We don’t have a fancy office. It’s just a small room with a desk and some old chairs where we keep the records. Most of the day is spent outside, weighing things or moving metal around with the equipment. It’s heavy work and it gets pretty hot in the sun, but that’s just part of the job. We know most of the people who come by since they are locals or regulars from the trade. We don't bother with big advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here by the bridge. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy when a big load comes in, but we try to keep it somewhat sorted so we can find what we need. It’s just a straightforward operation here in Chirakkara, nothing more and nothing less than what you see when you walk past.
