Steel Detailer

Our office is in Munderi, which is a quiet part of Kannur in Kerala. We do steel detailing here, which basically means we create the drawings that show how steel structures should be built. We are located in a simple building and we don't have any big signs or advertisements out front. It is a small operation with just a few of us working together. We grew up around here and decided to set up our business in our hometown. The office is pretty basic, with just our workstations and some reference books. We don't wear formal clothes or have scheduled meetings with fancy presentations. We just talk to each other and solve the problems as they come up. Kerala is a beautiful place to work, even if the rains sometimes make it hard to get around. We don't have a website with a mission statement or any of that. We just focus on making sure our drawings are accurate for the people who are actually going to build the structures. It is a lot of staring at screens and checking measurements over and over. Most of our clients are people we have known for years or people who heard about us from a friend. We just do our work and try to live a quiet life here in Munderi. It is honest, steady work without any fuss.
