Lithoera Technologies Private Limited

Lithoera Technologies is located at Jithin Nivas, right on Thandapuram Road in Koodali. This is up in the Kannur district of Kerala. We aren't in a big city high-rise; instead, we are in a more local, residential-style building. This makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a crowded tech park. We are a private limited company, but since we are based in Koodali, it feels much more connected to the local community. Most of our work involves various types of technology projects that keep us busy from Monday to Friday. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a professional spokesperson. It’s just us, working at our desks in Jithin Nivas. Kannur is a beautiful place to live and work, and being on Thandapuram Road means we are easy to find if you are from the area. The office is simple—just some computers, desks, and the usual gear you need for tech work. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and discussing how to fix bugs or build new things. It’s not a glamorous life, but we enjoy the challenge of the work. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello, which you don't get in a big city office. We are just a group of local people who know their way around technology and decided to start a business together here in Koodali.
