Our office is right in the middle of things at the Central Bus Terminal. We are up on the 4th floor in the Commercial Block, rooms 33/1206 (specifically A367 and A368). It is quite a busy place with all the buses coming in and out all day long. You can hear the engines and the people shouting downstairs if the windows are open, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. Glinjos Innovations Software Solutions L Lp is basically just a group of us who enjoy building software. We didn’t want a fancy office in some isolated park, so being here at the terminal felt more practical for everyone’s commute. The office itself is nothing special. We have a few rows of desks, way too many tangled cables, and a small corner for our lunch breaks. Most of our time is spent staring at screens and trying to solve technical puzzles. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We aren’t trying to be a massive corporation with a bunch of rules. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep our clients happy. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, which makes the walk up to the 4th floor a bit of a workout. It’s just a normal workplace with real people doing their best every day. We’ve been here for a while and like the atmosphere. It’s a bit messy but we get things done.
