Folks Analytica Llp

Folks Analytica Llp is up on the second floor of the Jubilee Bazar Complex. We’re at 52/4064 on Onden Road. It’s a lively spot because of the market downstairs. You can always hear the sounds of the street and people shopping below throughout the day. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for our team and our computers. We chose this spot because it's central and easy to find for anyone who needs to drop by. We do a lot of analytical work, mostly sitting at our desks and talking through different projects we have on the go. The building is a bit older, so the elevator is sometimes out of order and we have to take the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a practical one with a few desks and some basic chairs. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, which is good for people-watching during our breaks. We’ve been in the Jubilee Bazar for a bit now and have gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby who sell tea and snacks. It’s a friendly place to be based. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything like that. We just come in, do the analysis that's required, and head out when we're done. It’s a straightforward business and we like the local feel of being on Onden Road. It works for us.
