Other days it's just a few of us sweeping up and getting ready for the next load. We don’t use any polished language or make big promises. We just work hard and try to make sure the stuff we produce is something we would be happy to eat ourselves. It is a lot of sweat and long hours, especially when there’s a big order to get out before the deadline, but that’s the nature of the food business. We are just local people doing a job that needs doing, right here at number 80, keeping it simple and honest.
