Akcl Agro Producer Company Limited

You can find us near the Pal Chauraha, right by the Gastro Hospital on the Poorvi Bypass. We’re located along the G.T. Road here in Kannauj. Akcl Agro Producer Company Limited is a group of local people who decided to work together to get our farm stuff sorted. Being near the bypass makes it easier for us to get things moving, though the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. Most of the day is spent talking to the different farmers who are part of our group. We deal with whatever is growing in the fields around Kannauj at the time. It’s not just about the planting, but also about where it’s all going to go after it's picked. We have a small office space where we keep our records, but you’ll usually find us outside or near the loading area. It’s a busy spot with the hospital and the main road right there. Sometimes it feels like we’re in the middle of everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make sure everyone gets a fair shake for their hard work. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done. We’ve been in this spot for a while and most people in the area know where we are if they need to drop something off or just want to chat about the crops. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it.
