It’s a busy little part of Walajabad, and that’s where you’ll find the Walajabad Neithal Jeevidam 10K Farmers Producer Company Limited. The 10K in our name might sound like a lot, and it is, but at the end of the day, it’s just a whole bunch of us trying to survive the market. We are right there in the middle of the local activity, which makes it easy for folks to stop by while they are out doing their regular shopping. Our office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of talk about what’s growing in the fields this month. We deal with all sorts of things, from getting the right fertilizers to figuring out where we can sell our produce for more than a few rupees.
