Reep Industries is located down in Tamil Nadu, at Plot No- A1F4 in the Maraimalai Nagar industrial estate. It's in the Kanchipuramdist, which is a place known for its industries. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have the factory floor and a small area for the office work. We do a lot of heavy lifting here, both literally and figuratively. The machines run for most of the day, and it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We have a crew of local workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines better than anyone. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and holds up. Sometimes things break down or materials arrive late, and we have to scramble to fix the schedule. It’s just the reality of running a factory. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the output. If something isn't right, we do it over. There’s no point in sending out junk. The address is easy to find once you get into the industrial estate. We’ve been here long enough that most of the truck drivers know the turn-off. We just keep our heads down and keep the production lines moving every day. It’s simple, honest work that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years, and we plan to keep at it.
