Neg Micon is based out of 298 Old Mahabalipuram Road in Sholinganallur. We share this part of Chennai with a lot of other tech and industrial companies. The OMR is pretty much the main artery for businesses around here. We work on things related to wind power and turbine components. It's a lot of technical oversight and coordinating with different sites. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It's just a space where we can sit down, look at blueprints, and talk to the field crews. The traffic outside is always a constant hum, but inside we just focus on the tasks for the day. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The team is a mix of people who have been in the wind industry for a long time and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing inside the office. It's more about getting the technical specs right. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on emails, making sure the parts are where they need to be. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. Sholinganallur has turned into a real business hub, and we’re just one of the many offices along this stretch. We keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. We usually have some files piled up on the desks and a few half-empty water bottles lying around. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of our schedules.
