Management Consulting Firm

Our Management Consulting Firm is located at Plot No 55, Door No 7 on the 1st Main Road in Kannappa Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur. Chennai can be quite hot, but we have a couple of fans going and we get our work done. The office is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We are a small group of people who enjoy solving puzzles, and in our case, the puzzles are business operations. We don't have a big sign outside or anything too flashy. People usually find us because a friend told them about what we do. Thiruvanmiyur is a nice area with a lot of history and a good mix of homes and small shops. We like being tucked away here instead of being in the middle of the city center. Our days involve a lot of reading, writing reports, and meeting with local owners. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound smarter than we are. We just tell it like it is. If a business is losing money or having trouble with their staff, we look for the reason and suggest a fix. It’s honest work. The office feels lived-in, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help the businesses in our neighborhood stay on track and keep moving forward. We usually close up shop by six and head home.
