Kawin Engineering

We are located at No. 166 in the Sidco Womens Industrial Estate in Kattur, Thirumullaivoyal. It is a specific area meant for small industries, and we have our engineering setup right there. The estate is a bit out of the way, but it is a good place to work without too much distraction. We handle various engineering jobs, mostly small-scale stuff that requires a bit of precision. The workshop is full of lathes and other machinery that we use every day. It is a hands-on kind of place. We have been in Kattur for a while now and we know the other people running shops in the estate. Sometimes we help each other out with tools or advice. It is not a glamorous job, we often have grease on our hands and the floor is never quite clean. We just focus on the drawings and the metal pieces we are working on. Thirumullaivoyal is a growing area, but the industrial estate stays pretty focused on manufacturing. We do not have a big sales team or anything like that. People just come to us when they have something that needs making or fixing. We keep the doors open and get through the list of tasks we have for the week. It is just steady, honest engineering work in our little corner. Most days start with a cup of tea and a plan.
