Jagadesh Steels

Located at 7, 6th Street in Eswaran Nagar, our little steel shop is a basic part of the neighborhood. We sell various types of steel, mostly for the small construction projects happening on the local streets. You won't find any glossy brochures here. Instead, you'll see stacks of rods and different lengths of metal leaning against the walls. We’ve been here in Eswaran Nagar for a few years now, and we’ve gotten to know the local masons and contractors pretty well. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped in the shop when we get a big delivery, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest steel supplier in the country. We just focus on this street and the surrounding ones. It’s a bit of a workout moving the heavier pieces around, so we don't really need a gym membership. We open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. If someone needs a specific cut, we do it right there on the spot. It’s simple, direct, and keeps us busy. Dealing with steel is honest work. It’s heavy and it’s cold, but it’s what builds the houses around us. We like being a small part of that process here in our own community. It is just about getting the metal to the site on time.
