Ing Vysya Life

I'm typing this from our spot on 4th Street in Gokul Nagar. It is one of those typical Chennai days where the fan just pushes warm air around, but we are used to it here in Rajakilpakkam. Our office is at number 83. It is not a big fancy place, just a regular space where we get our work done for Ing Vysya Life. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy with people heading to the main road, but mostly it is just the usual neighborhood sounds. We have been here for a bit now, and most of us know the local tea stall guy pretty well. He makes a decent ginger tea which helps when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. If you look for us, we are right there in the middle of the residential stretch. It is quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think, which is good when you are looking at files all day. The building is simple, nothing that stands out too much, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time here, from the morning rush until the evening when the sun starts to dip. There is a lot of traffic nearby on the main roads, so 4th Street feels like a bit of a break from that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. That is pretty much how it goes for us in this part of Chennai 600073.
