We are based at 10 A 8 in the PMGP Colony, which is located in Poonam Nagar, Andheri East. Mumbai is a busy place, and this area is no exception. Our office is in one of the colony buildings, and it is a modest space where we do all our work. You have to navigate through the colony paths to find us, but once you are here, it is a familiar setup. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and some old cupboards for all our records. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and there is a calendar from three years ago still hanging in the corner. We don't really notice the noise from the street anymore, it just becomes background hum. The humidity in Mumbai can be tough, so we usually have a small fan pointed at each desk. We don't have a dedicated break room, so we usually just eat our lunch at our desks while talking about whatever is on the news. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or modern art. We just need a place to sit and get through our emails and phone calls. Sometimes the building elevator is out of order, so we get a bit of exercise walking up the stairs. It is a simple place for simple work, and that is exactly how we like it.
