Our office is down in Moulivakkam, Chennai. We are located at Jayalakshmi Nagar, specifically in Door No 3 272, Flat No 46. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but that’s actually quite nice for avoiding the worst of the Chennai traffic. The building is a regular residential structure, and we’ve taken one of the flats to run our Ibm India Pvt Ltd branch. It’s a very simple setup. We have our workstations lined up and a small table for meetings when we need to discuss something as a group. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a quiet place to get things done. We don't have any corporate branding all over the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place with computers and people working on them. Sometimes the humidity gets a bit much, but the fans keep things moving. We usually grab lunch from one of the small mess halls nearby or bring our own from home. It’s a low-key environment where we don't have to worry about looking polished for anyone. We just focus on our code and our reports. It’s a practical way to work, and being in Moulivakkam gives us a sense of being part of the local community rather than just another office in a high-rise. We keep to our schedule and try to stay as efficient as possible while keeping things relaxed.
