Our place is at No. 29, Kts Mani Street, right near Mamallan Street in Kancheepuram. Futurz Training Services Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a typical local building, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. Kancheepuram is famous for its temples, but our daily life is more about training sessions and managing schedules. The office has a few classrooms that we keep as tidy as possible, though there’s always a stray marker or a notebook left behind. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist; usually, whoever is nearest the door just gets up to say hello. It’s a very practical environment. We have some old desks that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. The street outside can get a bit crowded with two-wheelers, but that’s just Kancheepuram for you. We spend a lot of our time planning out the next sets of lessons or talking to people who want to learn a new skill. It’s a simple operation, run by a few of us who care about what we do. We usually close up shop as the sun goes down, making sure all the lights are off. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s good, honest work. We’ve grown to know the shopkeepers nearby, and it feels like a real community here on Kts Mani Street.
