Fresher Hr Trainee

Madipakkam has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner on 2nd Cross Street stays pretty much the same. We are at New Kuberan Nagar, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. Finding 1 875 can take a minute if you don't know the landmarks. Fresher Hr Trainee is what we call ourselves. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part. You hear the occasional bike going past or a neighbor calling out. Our space is tucked inside a regular house that was converted. It feels more like a home than an office, which is nice. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the Chennai heat isn't too bad. The floors are stone and they stay cool under your feet. We don't have any big corporate signs. There is a jasmine plant near the gate that smells great in the evenings. We keep a regular schedule, starting when the morning milk is delivered. The rooms are a bit small, but we make it work. There is always a pot of coffee going somewhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big furniture or glass doors. It’s just a place where we do our tasks and talk to each other. It’s comfortable and it works for what we do every day. Nothing fancy about it at all.
