Franklin Templeton Investments

You can find us at 11B F2 on the Saraswathy Nagar Main Road in the Adambakkam area of Chennai. Our office for Franklin Templeton Investments is basically a flat on the main road, which makes it convenient but also a bit noisy with all the buses and bikes going past all day long. We have been here for a while and have grown used to the constant hum of the traffic. Inside, it is a very simple setup with a few tables, some old chairs, and our computers. We don't have any flashy decorations or expensive office gear. We mainly handle investment tasks and there is always a lot of document filing to be done. The space is a bit small, so we have to be careful not to let the paperwork take over the whole room. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air, though it is usually quite humid. We usually get our tea from a small shop nearby, and they know our order by now. We are not a corporate office with a lobby and security guards; it is just a few of us working together in a regular room. We just focus on getting the daily work finished and keeping things as organized as we can. It is a modest place and it works well for our needs. We like being part of the local neighborhood here in Adambakkam.
