We are based out of Madipakkam in Chennai, specifically over on 10th Street in Karthikeya Puram. It’s a busy spot, and the office usually has boxes of equipment stacked up near the door. Dealing with fire systems here means we spend a lot of time on the road, fighting that famous Chennai traffic. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. The heat gets pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting and loading finished early in the morning. People around here know us as the guys who handle the alarms and the red tanks. It’s mostly just us answering phones and checking lists of parts. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started, with more houses popping up everywhere. We keep the inventory organized, or we try to, anyway. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially when we have several sites to visit in one day. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a workspace with some chairs and a lot of technical manuals lying around. Most days are just about making sure the right parts go to the right place.
