Ushodaya Merit School

You can find Ushodaya Merit School over at Door No 9-108, near the Indrapalem Z.P.H Center in the Gandhi Nagar part of Kakinada. It is right in the heart of a busy neighborhood where there is always something going on. The school building is an older one, but it is kept in decent shape. We have several classrooms spread across the floors, and they are usually full of students from the nearby houses. The area around Indrapalem is quite crowded, so the street outside the school is always lively with people and small shops. We don't have a giant campus, but we make use of the space we have for the kids to sit and study. The teachers here have been with us for years, and they know most of the parents by name. It is a very informal atmosphere where anyone can walk into the office to ask a question or drop off something for their child. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just the usual ceiling fans that keep things moving. The morning assembly is held in the small open space we have, and then everyone heads into their rooms. It is a no-nonsense kind of place where the focus is strictly on the books and the lessons. We don't do anything for show; it is just a plain, local school serving the families in Gandhi Nagar. It’s been this way for a long time now.
