Harpers Higher School

Harpers Higher School is right in the middle of One Town at 12-11-64, Raja Rangaiah Appa Rao Street. We’re directly across from the Andhra Bank Head Office, so it’s a very busy spot with lots of people and vehicles moving around all day. The school itself is an older building tucked into the street. It’s not the most modern place, but it serves its purpose. We have several floors, and the stairs can get quite crowded when the bell rings for lunch. The classrooms are basic—desks, benches, and a blackboard. We don't have much in the way of air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze when we can get it. Being in a commercial area means there’s always noise from the shops and the bank nearby. The staff here are just regular people trying to help the students get through their exams. We deal with the usual problems like plumbing issues or flickering lights. It’s a practical environment. The students come from the surrounding neighborhoods, and many of their parents work in the nearby markets. We don’t have a massive campus with fields, just the building where the learning happens. It’s a tight-knit place despite the noise outside. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the kids show up on time. It gets crowded and loud, but it is just part of being in this area.
