Agrichamp Farmer Producer Companylimited has its main office at H.No. 316 in Sector 20, Kaithal. It’s a residential-style building, which makes it feel more like a home than a workplace. We’ve been here in Kaithal 136027 for a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders, seed samples, and some old chairs for when the farmers visit. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. Working in Sector 20 is nice because it’s a bit calmer than the main market areas, but we’re still close enough to get things done. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting with the local growers. We talk about what’s growing well and what’s not. There’s always some paperwork to finish for the government or for the bank, which none of us really enjoys, but it’s part of the job. We aren't looking to become some massive enterprise; we just want the farmers who joined us to feel like they have a reliable place to come to. It’s a straightforward operation. We drink a lot of chai, talk about the harvest, and try to make sure everyone is treated fairly. It’s a small-town business run by people who know the land. That’s really all there is to it. We keep our records straight and help where we can.
