Our office is located right there by the Baroiwala Gate in Mundra. It is a busy part of town with all the trucks and people moving through the Kutch area. Mahendra N Thacker has been operating from this particular spot for a long time now. Walking inside, you will likely see piles of ledgers and papers covering the desks. We deal with the daily grind of business, and quiet days are pretty rare. Because of the road outside, dust tends to settle on everything, so someone is always wiping down the windows. We are a small team, just a few people making sure everything gets handled correctly. Knowing the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around the gate makes the day go faster. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in with various questions. No one here cares about fancy furniture or modern art. We still have our old chairs and the fans that have been humming for years. While Mundra is changing fast with the port expansion, this corner feels mostly the same as it always has. We keep track of the work, handle the accounts, and try to head home before the traffic gets too heavy. This is just honest work in a part of town that never really sleeps. Focus and a good cup of tea are all we need to get through the day. That is how we work and how we stay organized.
