Yes Enterprises

We are located at Plot No-18, right across from the Rathore Dharamshala at Kartik Chowk. Yes Enterprises is a small operation. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we keep our stock and a small desk for the phone. The Kartik Chowk area is always busy with people going to the dharamshala, so there’s a lot of noise outside our door. Sometimes pilgrims stop by thinking we sell snacks, but we have to tell them we’re just a trading business. It’s a bit funny how often that happens. We don’t have a big staff, maybe three of us total. We handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’re too busy moving boxes. It’s not a perfect system, but we haven’t lost an order yet. We don’t use any fancy software, just a big ledger and some pens. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it works fine. We don’t try to act like we’re some big corporation from the city. We’re just local people trying to run a decent business. We know our customers by name, and they know us. If someone has a problem, they just call the mobile and we sort it out. That’s how we’ve always done it and it seems to work okay for everyone involved. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
