Shobha Prabhu Enterprises

The shop here on Chopasni Road gets pretty busy around noon, especially being so close to Bombay Motor. My name is on the sign for Shobha Prabhu Enterprises and we have been at 34 A 2 for a good while now. Most mornings I start by opening up the front and checking if any mail came through the slot. It’s just me and a couple of others usually. The traffic outside is constant, you can hear the horns all day long from the main road. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the cars passing by, so we spend a lot of time just keeping things wiped down. People stop in because they see the sign or they’ve heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s a plain place, really. We just do our work and go home when the sun goes down. Most of the people around here know us by now. Chopasni Road has changed a lot since we first arrived, more shops and more noise, but we’re still right here at 34 A 2. I usually sit near the back where it’s a little cooler when the sun hits the front windows in the afternoon. It's not a big operation, just a local business trying to keep things moving. We handle what comes our way and try to keep everything organized, though sometimes the paperwork gets a little piled up on the desk. That’s just how it goes here.
