You can find us over at A 92/111, right near Akhaliya Circle on Chopasni Road in Jodhpur. This area is always full of life and traffic, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Our shop is a straightforward place where people come to get their hair cut or just to sit for a while and relax. We do not have the big, expensive furniture you see in the malls, but our chairs are comfortable and we keep the place as clean as we can. The air usually smells like shampoo or shaving cream. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot, so we try to keep the fans running all day to make it a bit more pleasant for everyone who walks in. We have several regulars who have been coming to us since we first opened up. They usually sit and talk about their day or the local news while we work. It is a small space, so it can feel a bit crowded on the weekends when everyone decides to come at once. We spend most of our hours on our feet with scissors or combs in hand. There is no big mystery to what we do here. We just try to give people a decent trim and a bit of a break from the busy streets outside. Once the sun goes down and the circle gets a bit quieter, we sweep up the last of the hair and head home.
