We’ve been here in Bhakrasani village for a while now. The office is at No. 16 Maharshi Goutam Nagar. It is not a big or fancy place, just a few rooms where we keep our paperwork and sit during the day. The village is usually quiet, but we get people coming through looking for rides or planning out their trips. Sometimes the cows from the nearby farm wander onto the road, and we just have to wait for them to move before we can get the cars out. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always wiping down the desks and chairs. It gets very hot in the summer months, and we just have a couple of old ceiling fans that hum all day long. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those things. There is a small bench outside where the drivers wait and chat while they have their tea. Most of us working here are from the village or the towns nearby. We know these roads pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is organized. It is just a simple way of working. We don't bother with big advertisements, mostly just people telling their friends about us. The office door stays open to let in some air.
