Trix Systems

Trix Systems is located in the Kalpatru Shopping Center, right at Plot No-E-51. We are situated in Shastri Nagar, specifically across the lane from Ashapurna Mall. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for folks to drop by. We deal with systems. Usually, that means security systems, intercoms, or some light automation for homes and small offices. Our space in the shopping center isn't huge. It’s packed with boxes of hardware and tools. We spend a lot of our time out on-site installing things, so the shop is often just a base of operations. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just know how to wire things up and make sure the software is running right. Shastri Nagar is a good place to be. We see people coming from the mall who just happen to notice us. We’ve been doing this for a bit now. It’s a steady job. Some days involve troubleshooting an old camera system that’s gone fuzzy. Other days we are planning out a new layout for a small shop nearby. We aren't a big chain. It’s just us. We answer the phone ourselves and we do the installs ourselves. It’s practical, hands-on work. We don't use a lot of technical jargon with our customers. We just show them how to use the gear and make sure they’re comfortable with it before we leave. It’s how we’ve always done things here at Kalpatru Shopping Center.
