You can find us over at the Techno Centre on Mandore Road, which is in the Paota area. It’s one of those spots that stays pretty active throughout the day. We’ve been operating out of here for a bit, and it’s become a second home to the staff. The office isn't overly decorated or anything like that; we’ve got our computers, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a break area where we usually end up talking about anything but work. Being on Mandore Road means we deal with a lot of dust and heat, but the air conditioning inside usually keeps us from melting during the summer months. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly sitting behind screens for hours, trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s quiet work for the most part, except when we’re all trying to solve a problem at the same time. We don't really bother with corporate retreats or big meetings. We just show up, do the coding or whatever else is on the list, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for our clients. There’s a nice little spot nearby for snacks, and that’s usually where you’ll find half the team around four in the afternoon. It’s a steady rhythm here, nothing too crazy, just a group of people doing their jobs in a practical way.
