We are over at Plot No 365 on Salawas Road, right in the Mahaveere Nagar area of Basni. It gets pretty hot out here in Jodhpur, so we spend a lot of our mornings just trying to keep the dust off the cars and making sure the air conditioning is actually working like it should. Our spot near Sangariya Fhata is easy enough to find once you know where you are going. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we sit down, take calls, and try to figure out the best routes for people who need to get somewhere. Most days start with a cup of tea and looking over the schedule to see who is going where. Some of the drivers have been around here for years and they know these roads better than anybody. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing because that is not who we are. We just live and work here in Sangariya. If a car needs a tire changed or if a customer changes their mind about the time, we just deal with it as it comes. It can be a bit chaotic when the phones start ringing all at once, but we usually manage to get everyone sorted out eventually. There is always something to fix or someone to talk to, and that keeps us busy enough throughout the day.
