We are over at No. 131 Sidhivinayak Tower. Haveli Holiday is where we spend our days talking to people about where they want to go for their breaks. It's a typical office setup, nothing too crazy or impressive. We have a lot of brochures and papers all over the desks. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit loud in here. We mostly just help folks figure out their travel plans. It can be stressful when flights get delayed or things change last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a huge team. We’ve been working out of this tower for a good while now. You might have to wait a minute if we are on the line with an airline or a hotel. We don't use fancy scripts or anything like that. We just talk to you like a normal person. If a hotel is bad, we usually tell you. We try to keep it real. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and checking prices. It isn't always glamorous work, but it's what we do. We like seeing people come back with photos from their trips. It makes the long hours worth it.
