We work on various tech innovations, but we don't like to use big words for it. Mostly, it’s just solving problems using computers. Jodhpur is a great city, though it can get incredibly hot in the summer months. Our office is a simple space where we can concentrate without too many distractions. We don’t have a fancy canteen or a lounge area. We usually just eat lunch at our desks or go out to a local spot nearby. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't have long meetings that go nowhere. If something needs to be done, we just talk across the room and get started. We use basic software and hardware that gets the job done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We mostly just keep our eyes on the screens and the tasks. Being in Guru Kripa gives us a sense of being part of the local community rather than being stuck in an industrial park. It’s a solid place to work every day.
