Our place is number 15 over at Congress Bhawan. It’s easy to find because we’re right near the petrol pump in Shende Ki Chawani. It’s a bit of a landmark for people in this part of town. We do a bit of everything here, mostly general trading and supply. The office isn't very big, just enough room for a desk and some storage in the back. It gets pretty busy during the day with people stopping by on their way to or from the pump. We’ve got a small crew, mostly family and a couple of neighbors. We don't bother with fancy decor or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes we sit outside on stools when the weather is nice and chat with whoever passes by. It’s a simple setup. We know most of our customers by their first names because they’ve been coming here for years. It’s just how things are done in this neighborhood. We work hard, keep things straightforward, and try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for something specific. It's not complicated, just a daily routine that we've gotten used to over the years. We stay open late most nights if the work needs doing.
