Surabhi Hair Saloon

Surabhi Hair Saloon is situated at Babu Laxman Singh Chouraha in Jodhpur. We are quite close to the Maha Mandir Circle, which most people know as a major landmark. Being right at a chouraha means constant noise and movement from the traffic outside, but it has become normal for us. Running this saloon has been our work for many years now. Local men come here to get their hair cut or maybe a quick shave before their day starts. You will not find any corporate rules or fancy uniforms here. We just wear our own clothes and get to work. A few chairs and some large mirrors make up the main part of the shop. All our tools stay on small tables next to where the customers sit. While many people from the neighborhood visit us, some come from further away because they like the way we handle things. Expensive products are not something we use, as we prefer the normal stuff you find in any local shop. When the sun is too hot at the circle, people sometimes stop in just to sit and rest for a minute. That is fine with us. Being part of the community here is something we enjoy. Jodhpur keeps growing, but our little corner at the chouraha feels the same as always. We just focus on the hair and having a good chat.
