Smart Techno Service

You can find us over at Plot No-1 in Ratanada, right in Pratap Colony. We are tucked away near the Kandara Warehouse. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Smart Techno Service started because we liked fixing things and figured we could make a go of it ourselves. We spend a lot of our time looking at broken gadgets and trying to figure out why they stopped working. It can be frustrating when parts are hard to find, but we usually manage. The workshop is a bit cluttered with tools and spare pieces, but I know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s a work space, plain and simple. Some days we have more work than we can handle, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We try to be fair with people because we live here too. Word gets around fast in Ratanada if you don't do right by someone. We’ve had some long nights under the lights trying to get a job finished for a neighbor. It’s just how it goes when you run your own service shop. Most of the time, people just drop by when they're in a bind. We don't spend much on advertising, mostly just rely on folks telling their friends about us. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. We like what we do, even when it’s tough.
