We are based in Jodhpur, right on 1st C Road in Sardapura. This isn't a shop selling groceries; we handle computer things and tech stuff instead. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the door. We have some desks set up and a lot of cables everywhere. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or if they need some software installed. We also help with internet issues and basic IT support for small offices nearby. I started this after finishing my studies because I liked fixing things. It’s just a small team of three people now. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a waiting lounge with coffee. You just walk in, tell us what’s wrong with your machine, and we take a look. Sometimes the parts take a while to come from Delhi or Mumbai, so we have to ask customers to be patient. We try to be fair with the prices because we know most people are just trying to get their work done. Jodhpur is a great place to work, even if it gets incredibly dusty in the summer. We spend a lot of time cleaning the fans on the computers so they don't overheat. It’s a practical business, nothing too complicated about it.
