Shastri Engg Works

Shastri Engg Works is situated at 104, Patrakar Colony, right near the New Power House. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. The New Power House is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that first. Our workshop at number 104 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s got a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of metal in the air, which is exactly how it should be. We have a few benches set up and some older machines that still run better than the new ones. The Patrakar Colony area is a mix of residential and small business spots, so it’s a bit quieter than the big industrial zones, but still active. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the invoices and the phone. It’s not a place where you’ll see people in suits. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about a bit of dirt. The neighborhood has a few good spots for lunch, and we usually rotate through them. Working at Shastri Engg Works is about being hands-on. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. We don't have a big corporate structure or layers of management. There is just the owner and a couple of helpers making sure the jobs are completed. It’s a honest day’s work in a steady, reliable part of town.
