Radhika Machine Tools

Down at J-65 in the Riico area, specifically the 1st Phase in Sangaria, you’ll find Radhika Machine Tools. It’s a bit of a trek out here depending on where you’re coming from, but it’s where all the industrial work happens. The shop floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, which is pretty much expected when you’re dealing with machine tools every single day. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone to greet you with a smile and a coffee; usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the lathes or the milling machines. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the building has seen better days, but it holds up. The roof leaks a little when it pours, but we just move the machines out of the way. We spend most of our time figuring out why a certain part isn't fitting or trying to get an old machine running again for a customer who isn't ready to buy a new one yet. It’s not glamorous work, and my hands are almost always dirty by lunchtime. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on some old crates near the door to catch a breeze. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything; the work we do speaks for itself in the local community.
