We are over at Plot C.83 in the second phase of Basni Mia. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty dusty and there’s always noise from the neighboring units. We’ve been at this location for quite some time. The building isn't brand new, it has some character and grease stains on the floor, but it works for what we do. Our team is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. We make molds and things like that. It’s precise work, even if the workshop looks a bit cluttered sometimes. We keep our tools where we can find them. Often, you’ll find the office staff having tea near the entrance around four in the afternoon. It’s a good time to catch someone if you have a question. We don't really do much advertising. Most people hear about us from other businesses in the Mia area. Basni is a busy place, and we just try to keep up with the pace. The summers get really hot in the shed, so we start early in the morning to beat the heat. We’ve had to replace the roof once because of the leaks, but otherwise, it's a solid place. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is decent and that our workers go home happy at the end of the day.
