Shades Skin & Hair Care is situated on the first floor over in Sindhi Colony. We are right in the Sardarpura area of Jodhpur, directly across from the Medical College. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in this part of town. I’ve been working with hair and skin for years now. We use Loreal products because they seem to work well for most people who walk through the door. The salon isn't huge, but we have enough space for hair washing, cutting, and some skin treatments. It can get pretty hot in Jodhpur, so we keep the place cool for everyone coming in from the sun. I have a small team here, and we just focus on getting the work done. People come in for all sorts of things, maybe a quick trim or sometimes they want their hair colored. We see a lot of students and staff from the medical college since it's just across the street. I think it’s important to have a place where you can just sit down and get your hair sorted without a lot of fuss. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes on Saturdays it gets a bit hectic with everyone wanting appointments at the same time. We’ve been at this Shastri Nagar location for a while, and most of our neighbors know us by now. It’s just a regular local business. We just do the work and hope people leave happy. It is a simple place for simple grooming.
