We have been working out of this location for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of town, which is good for business because people are always passing by. We don’t have a big, fancy setup with air-conditioned waiting rooms or anything like that. It’s just a plain, functional office where we keep our records and talk to our drivers. We started this travel business because we saw a lot of people in this area needing a reliable way to get around, especially for longer trips. Since we are right opposite the newspaper office, we get all kinds of people dropping in. Some just want to ask for directions, and others want to book a car for a few days. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with marketing. We just focus on getting the job done. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the office to talking to customers. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy when things are busy, but we always manage to keep track of our trips. It’s a simple, local business that we’re proud to run here in Man Ji Ka Hatta.
