Saroj Industries

Saroj Industries is located at Plot H on Barmer Road within the RIICO Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial area means things are a bit rough around the edges. The roads can be dusty and there is always the sound of heavy trucks moving in and out of the estate. Our building is a simple shed-style structure that gives us enough room to do our manufacturing work. It gets very hot during the peak of summer, but we are used to the heat by now. We do not have a polished office for meetings. Most of our discussions happen right on the shop floor where the machines are running. We spend our time managing the production line and making sure the quality is what it should be. The floors are often covered with bits of scrap material, and we do a big cleanup at the end of every week. We have been part of this industrial estate for many years and have seen many other factories come and go. We have a good relationship with the transporters who handle our shipments. We do not spend money on marketing or fancy websites. We just focus on getting our orders out to the people who need them. It is hard, physical work, but it keeps us busy. We usually start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too high and work until the day's tasks are finished.
