Rupam Tours & Travels

Rupam Tours & Travels is based at Gehlot House No- 1, in Gali No-1 of Kailash Nagar. We are in the Ratanada area, right on the Airport Road. It’s a convenient spot because we are so close to where people are flying in and out. The business is run out of a house, which gives it a very different feel than a typical office. It’s more personal and a bit more relaxed, even when we are busy. We handle a lot of airport transfers and local sightseeing trips. Since we are on the main road to the airport, we see a lot of traffic passing by all day. We started this because we knew the area and saw a need for reliable travel help. It isn't a corporate environment at all. We might be having our lunch at the desk when you come in, or chatting with a driver about his route. We keep things very informal. Our paperwork is handled by hand mostly, and we use a basic computer for the rest. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just arrange the travel and make sure the details are settled. It is a small, family-style operation that has stayed the same for years. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things simple for everyone. It's just us here working through the daily list of bookings.
