Ratanada is a lively part of town with plenty of traffic and people moving around. Our car rental business is pretty basic. We have a few cars and we make sure they are clean and running well. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with drivers and checking back with customers. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially during the morning rush, but we are used to it by now. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper because it feels more reliable that way.
