Purshottam Hair Saloon

Purshottam Hair Saloon is over on Devi Road in the Kamla Nehru Nagar area of Jodhpur. We are right opposite RK School, so we see a lot of students and parents around here every day. It’s a pretty active street. The shop itself is just a basic room with the tools we need for cutting hair. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our customers are from the houses nearby. They come in for a haircut after work or on their day off. We also get the school boys coming in when their teachers tell them their hair is getting too long. It’s funny how that works. We have some old chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. The walls have a few posters but mostly it’s just the mirrors. We don’t do anything complicated, just standard cuts and shaves. Jodhpur is a big city but this corner feels like a small village sometimes because everyone knows each other. When the school lets out, the road gets very crowded and noisy. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It’s a humble place, honestly. We don’t have fancy chairs or expensive products. Just a comb, a pair of scissors, and some conversation. That is how we have always done things at Purshottam Hair Saloon.
